Pumpable at room temperature, our fat-based Soft Sets are easily heated, cooled, extruded or pumped without significant worry about damaging the product’s physical properties. This is in contrast to water-based coatings which often turn sticky and tacky with heat and can dry out over the life of the product.

In addition, our Soft Set is bake-stable for use in a variety of products. These attributes help us ensure we are offering you a great solution to your Soft Set needs.

Finally, our Soft Sets are products you can feel confident using in any end application. With nearly 25% less saturated fats than a traditional confectionery coating, Soft Sets are a good fit to assist you in nutritional formulation requirements.
