With the ever-increasing popularity of all-natural products, CQC is pleased to offer several different coating options that can help you to meet your all-natural product claims.

Star Natural Coatings

CQC offers an all-natural confectionery coating line called Star Natural Coatings. CQC’s Star line contains non-hydrogenated oils and natural colors and flavors. These coatings can typically be labeled Trans-Free because they contain only traces of trans-fats in the levels shown in the charts below. In addition, we are able to work with our customers on request to meet their non-GMO requirements, with the understanding that the product will be produced on common equipment with GMO products.

Star Natural Colors

In addition to our standard Star Natural coatings, CQC is proud to introduce the Star Natural colors line. These colorful coatings feature natural coloring agents, enabling you to maintain your “All Natural” packaging claims.

Available colors include:

• Light Pink
• Light Orange
• Dark Purple
• Slate Blue
• Caramel
• Bright Yellow
• Light Green
• Bright Orange

Non-GMO and Allergen Requirements

CQC is able to custom make Star products with Non-GMO ingredients with the understanding that the products will be produced on common equipment as GMO ingredients. All Star Products contain Dairy and Soy allergens. Products produced in our peanut facility (such as Star Peanut) will also carry a peanut allergen. Please contact us for additional allergen information.
