The Innovation Team is made up of Food Scientists and Lab Technicians totaling more than 80 years of experience.  Together, they work on hundreds of projects each year in the following categories:

·         Customized Formulations – Specialized color, viscosities, flavors and more.

·         Product Matches – Including sensory testing to verify matches.

·         Nutritional Enhancements – Such as added fiber, no sugar added, calcium fortified and others.
