Teamwork is the key to our success. By design, our offices support open communication and a team atmosphere. We value the importance of working together to capitalize on our collective knowledge. Despite having several facilities and differing shift structures, we are committed to ongoing communication between management and our employees. This includes town hall meetings, video conferencing, roundtable meetings, and employee events, such as safety lunches, recognition events, and holiday parties.
